  • 3 heaped tbsp Googys Good Morning Protein Pancake mix
  • 4 tbsp your favourite milk approx
  • drizzle cooking oil
  • fresh fruit and 100% maple syrup to serve


  • Heat pan to a medium heat and add a small drizzle of oil
  • Combine the pancake mix and milk in a bowl and mix with a spoon (the mixture will be thick)
  • Blob spoonful's of mix into an oiled, non-stick pan
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through
  • Add your favourite fruit and maple syrup to serve
