Lemon Coconut Protein Balls

Servings: 10

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Raw Cashews
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut Plus a little extra to coat the balls
  • 1 Lemon Juice and Zest
  • 1 scoop Googys Good Energy Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 3 tbsp Honey
Method
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until combined (add a splash of water if the mixture isn't moist enough).
  • Roll the mixture into small balls, then roll in a layer of desiccated coconut.
  • Refrigerate all the protein balls for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
